Nobia to consolidate business units in Norway and Sweden

The production and supply chains of Myresjökök and Marbodal will be subordinate to the same unit, Nobia Sweden, which will be led by Ingemar Tärnskär. Accordingly, Sigdal and Norema will be organised under Nobia Norway, led by Glenn Andresen.

 

"We are consolidating the business units in Norway and Sweden in order to benefit from economies of scale. At the same time, we will separate the responsibility for sales from the responsibility for supply chain, thereby making each brand's customer offering more distinct," says Fredrik Cappelen, President and CEO of Nobia.

 

Ingemar Tärnskär, 46, most recently worked at Nobia's Magnet business unit in the UK, where he was the supply director. Ingemar has held various positions at Nobia since 1998.

 

Glenn Andresen, 41, was the business unit manager of Sigdal in Norway and has been employed at Nobia since 2003.
