Appointment of new senior executives at Nobia in 2010

The President of Nobia, Preben Bager, intends to retire in 2010 after more than 20 years of service at the company, holding such positions as Business Unit Manager HTH and Senior Vice President UK before becoming CEO in 2008.
 
"We are in the midst of a comprehensive, long-term period of change that will considerably increase Nobia's competitiveness. I will continue to lead this work with undiminished enthusiasm until a new President has been appointed and I have assisted him or her during the hand-over phase," comments Preben Bager.
 
Mikael Norman has been appointed CFO of Nobia. He succeeds Gun Nilsson. Mikael Norman is 51 years of age and has had a long career at the Electrolux Group. His most recent position was as Vice President and Group Controller. The date of his commencement will be confirmed shortly.
 
Jonas Hård has been appointed to the new position of Chief Information Officer, CIO, and will be responsible for the development of shared IT support for the entire Group.  Jonas Hård is 38 years of age and joins Nobia from V&S Vin & Sprit Group. He has also worked as Head of IT at Electrolux. He will take office in April.
