Proposals from Nobia’s Nomination Committee

In preparation for the 2010 Annual General Meeting, Nobia’s Nomination Committee proposes the election of Johan Molin and Rolf Eriksen as new members of the Nobia Board.

Johan Molin, 50, is President and CEO of Assa Abloy and his previous experience includes working as President of the industrial Group Nilfisk-Advance and at Atlas Copco.

Rolf Eriksen, 65, was President of H&M for nine years.

“We are highly satisfied with these proposals. The solid experiences of these two candidates in the large-scale supply of goods and organic sales growth is appropriate for Nobia’s future development,” says Fredrik Palmstierna, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee also proposes the re-election of the following Board members: Hans Larsson, Stefan Dahlbo, Bodil Eriksson, Fredrik Palmstierna, Thore Ohlsson, Joakim Rubin and Lotta Stalin. The Committee proposes that Hans Larsson be re-elected Chairman of the Board. The intention is for Johan Molin to succeed Hans Larsson as Chairman of Nobia at the 2011 Annual General Meeting.

After 14 years as a Board member, Wille Laurén has declined re-election, as has Preben Bager, who, as previously announced, wishes to retire in 2010. The Nomination Committee’s proposals entail a change in the number of Board members to nine.

The Nomination Committee’s full list of proposals will be published in conjunction with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
